IRON MIKE-MCRD PI (BLACK) | WWI AEF ICONS SERIES | BELLEAU WOOD 1918™ | T SHIRT
Pattern 1918 Field Specification.
HISTORICAL CONTEXT
In the summer of 1918, American forces pushed into Belleau Wood and proved to the world what relentless infantry aggression looks like.
This design captures that moment of forward dominance.
Over his shoulder rests a captured German Maxim machine gun — taken from the enemy and turned into a symbol of momentum. Behind him stands a shattered tree from Belleau Wood, splintered by artillery fire, a reminder that the battlefield was reduced to broken timber and churned earth.
Beneath his boots lies a fallen enemy helmet.
Victory is not abstract. It is earned.
In his hand, he holds the iconic Colt 1911, hammer cocked back. ALWAYS ready for action.
